  • Wash gently by hand under warm running water.
  • Wipe and dry immediately with a soft cloth.
  • Avoid prolonged soaking or exposure to water, as this may damage the wood’s finish.
  • Occasionally apply a light food-safe mineral oil to maintain the wood’s natural luster.

For over 200 years, the Laguiole knife has been a symbol of French craftsmanship. Inspired by the traditional peasant tool, the Dubost family has been crafting artisan blades since 1920. Each piece carries the mark of its ancestors: the bee emblem, once part of Napoleon Bonaparte’s imperial seal. With a perfect blend of natural materials, skilled workmanship, and timeless design, this set ensures an elegant dining experience for generations to come.
